The Corridor
Colorado is a CPG state, and that changes how we recruit
The stretch from Denver through Boulder up to Fort Collins holds one of the densest concentrations of natural and organic food and beverage companies in the country. Brands get founded here, scale here, and get acquired from here. The co-manufacturers, brokers and specialty distributors came with them.
That matters for hiring in a way it does not in most markets. The pool of people who have actually scaled a natural brand from regional to national is small, concentrated, and almost entirely employed. You will not reach them through a job posting.
We are headquartered in Golden, in the middle of that corridor. It is not a marketing detail. It is why we can tell you who is worth calling.
- 01
- Who is actually hereWe can tell you who runs operations at a comparable brand twenty minutes away, and whether they would take the call.
- 02
- Relocation pullThe Front Range is a place people want to move to. That is a real advantage when you are selling a role.
- 03
- Market rate, locallyA competitive offer in Boulder is not a competitive offer in Chicago. We price the role against this market.

Common Questions
Recruiting in Colorado, answered
Which Colorado cities do you recruit in?
We work across the Front Range: Denver, Boulder, Golden, Louisville, Longmont, Fort Collins and Colorado Springs. We are headquartered in Golden, and most Colorado searches we run are for brands based between Denver and Fort Collins.
Do you only recruit for Colorado companies?
No. We are based in Colorado and recruit nationwide. Most placements are remote or hybrid roles at consumer brands across the country, and we regularly place candidates relocating into Colorado or out of it.
Why does a Colorado-based recruiter matter if the role is remote?
Because the talent pool is regional even when the job is not. Knowing who is where, who is restless and who has already been approached is the difference between a shortlist in four weeks and a search that stalls.
What does a CPG executive earn in Denver and Boulder?
It depends on function, stage and whether the brand is venture or privately held. Our compensation benchmarks tool lets you filter posted ranges by function, level and region, Colorado included, so you can check the market yourself.
Do you recruit for natural and organic brands specifically?
Yes. Natural, organic and better for you brands are a large share of what we see on the Front Range, alongside beverage, snack and supplement. We also recruit for conventional CPG and for plant leadership across the state.
Hiring for a Colorado brand, or hiring from one?
