How We Got Here

We built the firm we wish had existed.

The traditional recruiting model is built to serve the recruiter, not the client. Commissions tied to salary percentages create misaligned incentives. Lack of transparency leaves hiring managers in the dark. And when a placement doesn't work out, most firms walk away with their fee regardless.

We started High Altitude Partners to flip that model entirely — fixed fees, real-time transparency, and a guarantee we actually stand behind. As a Denver executive recruiter, Andy leads Food & Beverage and CPG searches nationwide. Simon leads Aviation. Together, we've built something we're genuinely proud of.

Andy co-founded High Altitude Partners after 16 years in corporate and agency recruiting. He took the best of both worlds and built something better from there.

With deep roots in food and beverage recruiting and CPG executive search, he built a practice that actually operates with integrity. He leads all F&B and CPG searches, from brand managers and national account managers to VPs of Sales, operations directors, and C-suite leaders.

Andy takes the time to genuinely understand a company's culture before presenting a single candidate, and stays close with both clients and candidates throughout every search.

His clients tend to keep coming back, and that's the part he's most proud of.

With a LinkedIn following of over 16,000 people, primarily in the food and beverage space, Andy has built a large and diverse candidate talent pool.
